There's also big involvement and/or Chinese investment in South America. It's a good counterbalance to the nefarious and sinister activities of the USA.

The claims about that ship's sinking being caused by the DPKR (North Korea) regime has been shown to be a complete fraud. In any case, the article is second hand or third hand and quotes another person about the opinions of the Bolivian President. Where is the exact quote?
