An Ontario man with schizophrenia died in June from being jolted with a stun gun, but no criminal charges will be laid against the officer who used the weapon, the province's Special Investigations Unit has concluded.

On June 24, two Ontario Provincial Police officers were dispatched to a group home in Collingwood, where they tried to arrest Aron Firman, 27. They say he turned combative and elbowed one officer in the face. The other officer then jolted him with the stun gun.
