I was listening to jerry agar, the rightwing stooge on CFRB Friday Dec 17- the piece called 'touchdowns and fumbles' and heard stooge agar and a goon named 'karen gorden' gloat over the amazing ability of the Kennedy Family to put Teddy on a pedestal despite... Someone said '2 splats and a splash' which is the rightwing joke about the Kennedys (Robert and John were shot by assassins and older brother Joe died in WW2 when warplane shot down in English Channel-ie the 'splash') and you shoulda heard the chuckles!

AND you can be sure the CBSC ( can. broadcast standards council) is going to hear from me, fwiw- I love the Kennedys, esp Robert, who would have been US prez in 1968, and that means at least $20 Trillion more for global economy since wasted by rightwing uselessly on nothing but death and folly...
I hope i'm not ONLY HUMAN BEING who heard the '2 splats and a splash' on-air guffaw (ok the 'splash' maybe refers to Mary Jo Kopeckne drowning death in the Chappaquiddick accident when Ted drove car off bridge) but too often i hear things that noone else hears, or cares about it seems. Example: Charles Adler saying 'so he pocketed the goddamn thing!' while defending harper from media speculation that harper refused to eat the 'Body of Christ' Host during a church service! Or, don cherry saying on jim richards show following the ford mayor thing that 'liberals should be forced to wear identifying pink...' (triangles? Stars/David?) so they can be rounded up when the forces of reaction seize powe ...WHATEVER... and richards giggled happily at the man's wit...
If anyone else heard the humourous take on the murders of the Kennedys, and the war time loss of the older brother (all of which traumatised Teddy enough he didn't want to 'serve' the goddam public at all! he just wanted to be left alone) please call the CBSC and complain. I called CFRB and told newsroom flunky for the warpigs to leave Kennedys alone etc but ...
