actually they are not anomalous but the root of the inherent evil in american society. They are still hailed as the light on the hill for others when they were racist and misogynists. The Mass. culture they founded has murdered for land and resources for over three hundred years. They founded a country that continues to this day to follow the same murderous tradition.

Religion has consequences when it is used by evil people. I use the term Xian to show my disrespect for the institutions of the various christian churches that have done the devils work for centuries.

Its no more of an insult than calling a National Socialist a Nazi. It would only be an insult if I called someone an Xian who wasn't christian. Then it could rightly be taken by the person as an insult and I would offer an apolgy.

I'm in my 60s, and before this thread, I've never heard of the use of "Xian" as an insult. I use "Xn" and I doubt that's insulting to anyone, either. Much ado about nothing, in my opinion.

The other question is..how do we know there isn't some guy in, say Sichuan or Guangdong whose first name happens to BE "Xian", who keeps reading that abbreviation and asking himself "why are they blaming ME for this shit?"? Shouldn't we think of his feelings?
