Sorry BB. It's a video of a bunch of people going to their local police department with the intention of filing a complaint. Each of them gets some sort of runaround, from sheer stonewalling to intimidation to arrest.
When I saw the thread title , I thought you were being slef-referential, Catchfire.
We deal with complaints in the same way.
Darn, that's a link to youtube, which I can't load here. I live in an area without law enforcement of any kind. We used to have an annual weekend visit from the Sûreté du Québec, but haven't seen them here in quite a while. 
You have a cop car and handcuffs? A badge? Billy club? Pepper* spray? 
*Pepper - I like it on eggs and ham, eh.
ETA: has anyone tried pepper spray on their food? Should be good on the soup, especially, eh, like pea soup. 
Actually, Boom Boom, at the mods' request, the rabble techies have installed a tiny webcam right in the babble page (it's not visible to the naked eye) which takes videos of us as we stare at the screen, furrow our brows, and type. That's what CF meant about handling complaints the same as the cop video. And that's why I never sit down to babble without being properly dressed and groomed, and I use only tissue if my nose needs attention. My motto: Watch your front!

Cops out here don't take complaints either. I speak from personal experience. There really is an epidemic.
