I'm willing to give the Syrian army the benefit of the doubt, but not for the reasons you guys do. I bet it was just as simple as an artillery barrage off target, that's right, off target. It probably wasn't intentional, more likely someone in the fire direction center, a command post that controls where the artillery weapons aim, fucked up... or maybe it was the forward observers. Stuff like that happens in war to everybody; even your side (sort of speak). But please, don't let me stop you folks from supporting or believing in more even more conspiracy plots... after all your side in this conflict can't never fuck up or do wrong; PressTV says so...
And yes the MSM is totally fucking irritating to watch on this. So I don't. Give them two weeks... this will be old news.
