It seems that many who call Israel an Apartheid state favour the one-state solution. Would that mean one state, like South Africa, where Muslims, Christians, Palestinians and Jews would be equal, have equal rights? Wouldn’t this make Jews a minority? A minority in a Palestinian majority (largely Muslim)?
So there would no longer be a state with a Jewish majority anywhere in the world. Christians and Muslims have many states where their religion is in the majority. Jewish only one. One democratic state was the original PLO position. That was a rejection of the UN General Assembly partition (50-50) plan, also rejected by M. Begin and many hard-line Zionists.
