Yeah, same RW here. Just under my own handle. I've been Rebecca West for nearly 13 years, it was definitely time for a change.

Interesting to know. Her input has generally been pretty reasonable. Tough call whether a mod should actually take sides on an issue - she's been pretty light-handed that way. I've been wondering whether I myself should decloak - I get lost in the web of pseudonyms I've created (not just here), but I prefer to not have a potential employer being able to Google all my foibles. On the other hand, it's irritating to know nothing about the people you get in debates and arguments with. In classical logic, the person making a statement should not affect the veracity of the statement, but in practice, nobody has time to research everything. Maybe not so much here, but in Slashdot, say, I often don't know whether I'm reading the thoughts of a teenager or a CEO.
