Another incredible talent gone far too soon. Such great range as an actor and entertainer. My parents loved him, my children loved him, my wife and I loved him. So many great roles and so many moments of joy and laughter over the years. So sad that he couldn't seem to find that joy in his own life. Rest in peace.

The other thing sad, other than the loss of this very talented person, is that little will come out of this. Resources for people with depression are sorely limited, at least here, and seem to consist mostly of doling out pills.
I know that medication is sometimes necessary, but it has a lot of severe side-effects, including often killing creativity. Which for creatives is another sort of death.
