Yes. The latter part more recently, in 2012. Nice of them to bring it up pre-election though. It is somehow appropriate, given Harper's committment to vote suppression for the rest of us.

I don't understand. The story you linked is from July 2014. Is someone reviving this story?

ETA: To be very clear, I have no problem at all with this sinister move by Harper being brought back to people's attention. Just curious as to why you posted it now. And as a duplicate thread.
