how can Canadian born persons have their citizenship striped from them because they've dual citizenship?
is or has this law been legally tested to the SCC?
did the NDP and Liberals vote against this law?
can Mulcair be striped of his citizenship by a petulant Harper because he has dual?

From what I have heard, the Harper government has been ramming through legislation without having it fully vetted by the Justice Department. It used to be that all legislation had to be reviewed by Justice lawyers to ensure each bill would survive a Charter challenge. As for this Bill, I doubt its Charter proof and I wonder if it would even stand under international law.

oh...of course Harper doesn't need to vett his laws. he was appointed by god and all.
i'm going to try and look up some stuff on this Bill.

NDP and Liberals voted against it Trudeau wasn't even in the House as usual.
