"A vote for Mulcair is a vote for Harper" countdown

They used it in 2004, 2006 and 2008. Their Ontario counterparts used it against Horwath in 2014. How should the NDP brass deal with this upcoming Liberal narrative?

Last night on At Issue (The best political panel on Canadian Television) Chantal Hebert said that would NOT be a good idea. Michael Ignatieff used that line and it seems to bleed support to Jack Layton.

Mulcair is saying "Only the NDP can stop Stephen Harper" and support has bleed to the Liberals, Best for Trudeau to keep doing what he is doing and just focus on Harper. As that seems to be working.

I have seen it already on FB.

Ignore the self-seving parties.

Make sure you try and vote efficiently to remove Harper.

It was working. Don't know if they pulled the story or what.

Mr. Magoo

Try loading just "ipolitics.ca" -- they seem to have pulled the entire site.  That's some SERIOUS self-censorship.

Malcontent

In my riding Jinny Simms is all but finished now so one would have to vote Liberal to make sure harper does not win this riding but I am going to vote for Jinny anyway as i do not like or trust Libs or cons. They both lie and I am tired of the so called change in Canada which is not really change when we see saw between the same old two..

Malcontent do you know why Jinny Simms wouldn't run in the neighbouring riding of Surrey Centre? That is a guarenteed NDP seat and was brand new, She would have won the nomination in a cake-walk. Why stay in the tougher riding?

I don't know about that but she did a pretty middling job in the Rosemary Barton interview today on CBC in which Marco Mendocino completely dismantled Parm Gill on citizenship revocation.  As a prosecutor of the Toronto 18, he was admittedy on solid ground.
