there's so much to say about this.
first one is you can't fix stupid. why stupid you say?
oh for so many reasons....
they wasted tax payers dollars discussing this at length and went through the process of passing a law for undertaking chipping humans in Williams Lake. wtf????
there's no current technoloy to undertake iv injection of a micro chip to track 24/7 released criminals.
they don't have the legal authority to undertake something like this.
they've no understanding of privacy rights or human rights. wtf???
they've no understanding of their job decriptions.
well....just no understanding of anything sane.
also, imv their even discussing this is fkn racist. the one councilman gets on Global Vancouver News at 6 tonight and says; "let's face it's....% of the population is committing crimes and the rest of us are sick of it...." or something very close to it.
i feel it's a direct inference towards FN's in the area. the racism there is fkn horrendous.

My favourite part is how they approved this initiative not only without the legal authority to enforce the "chipping" of humans, but also without really having the technology they're dreaming of.
It's true that something as large as a bracelet or ankle bracelet may have actual GPS technology and capability, the article shows a photo of an RFID chip such as is commonly implanted in pets. If your lost pet is found and brought to a veterinarian, their chip can be scanned (from inches away, not miles away) and their chip's unique ID number compared with a database of pets and their owners and you'll be notified.
But if your dog runs away, we cannot "activate the GPS scanners" and locate him on a map. That's just not how it works.
Remember when we used to laugh and say the End Timers were just crazy?
Well, scary new technologies like RFID certainly bring out the best in them, but if I'm not mistaken, before there was RFID, the k00Ks were complaining that their Social Security Number was the Mark of the Beast. So I'm a bit reluctant to say that "they were onto something".

they should be resigning by demand of the citizens of Williams Lake.
if i was a end of timer i would be more concerned about the chips implanted in Swedish people's wrists so they don't have to carry bank debit cards.

I'm sure that end-timers literally don't have enough waking hours in the day to obsess over everything they'd like to obsess over.
