I want to pass on to you this very important interview with Dr. Michael Hudson. He is one of the world’s leading and most important economists. He teaches at the University of Missouri and has been an economic consultant to governments around the world. His most recent book is killing the Host, an economic horror story everybody should read.
He also has the gift of discussing and writing about economics in terms we can all understand. This is a long interview but well worth reading.
He first of all discusses and explains the global economic cold war that is ongoing.
Secondly, he puts the TPP in context as part of this war.
This interview shows how blatantly dishonest our government is in their selling of the TTP. What they are trying to sell as a mere “trade deal” is much, much more.
It also shows how morally bankrupt our media is in its coverage of the TPP. Most of the material I find is from sources outside our beloved country.
