According to some young folk in Woodstock, the problems are depression, bullying, and a school system that's not helping.
So maybe the takeaway isn't "what's so special in Woodstock that's causing this?" so much as "things are probably the same in lots of places, but Woodstock noticed".

There's a lot of drug addiction in Oxford County, so much that it's been known as Oxy County. Neighbouring London has a huge crystal meth problem.
