The matter deserves some serious considerations...the political system in the USA is unravelling! Especially the libertarian right is in a state of outrage!

Here's the fantasy.
1. The FBI, buckling under public pressure, arrests Clinton for "crimes against e-mail" and she is unceremoniously rounded up in the paddywagon and her head shaved.
2. Further investigation implicates the war criminal Bill Clinton, and he too does the perp-walk to Guantanamo with his shirt over his head like we all don't know it's him.
3. The Democratic National Committee, realizing that their chosen candidate will soon be making little rocks out of big rocks, resigns in shame en masse, citing "personal issues".
4. An unpaid DNC intern, the last Democrat standing, is given a Herculean task: get down on both knees and piously beg Bernie Sanders to save the Democratic Party from certain ruin.
5. The intern makes a good argument for not letting the U.S. devolve into a ONE party government, and Sanders agrees only on the condition that the party give him a blank cheque to run on a basketful of progressive positions: free health care for all, free tuition for all, free housing for all, free transit for all, free food for all, and a 99.999 % tax on the rich to pay for it all.
6. Sanders chooses Jill Stein as his V.P., and she agrees, on the condition that wi-fi in U.S. schools be replaced by a network of love and support, and that any former U.S. Presidents who were clearly responsible for 9/11 be brought to justice in the Hague.
7. The U.S. electorate, tired of their own fruitless and divisive partisan habits, vote for the Sanders/Stein ticket in a landslide! The remaining dozens-to-hundreds of obstinate Tea Partiers find themselves friendless and alone.
8. Sanders and Stein author, promote, and easily pass the "Good Government Act", which (among other things) ratifies the principal that the person or party who would be the most "good" wins elections at the federal, state and municipal levels, not whoever wins the "most" votes.
9. Faced with overwhelming demand, and no fewer than 100 different petitions and GoFundMe pages, President Sanders reluctantly signs into law the 28th Amendment to the Constitution, the "President For Life" Amendment.
10. Using previously denied "Area 51" technologies -- long since made public -- President Sanders serves the American people well until his untimely passing in 2228 at age 287.
... and everyone lived happily ever after.
If the indictment doesn't proceed/succeed, substitute these in the above:
1. Honest, non-partisan medical diagnostics show that Hillary Clinton does, indeed, have a tumour the size of a falafel sandwich pressing on the aggression/judgement centre of her brain, caused by wi-fi.
2. The Democratic National Committee, realizing that their chosen candidate will soon be completely incoherent and prone to blurting out secrets like a drunken Julian Assange, resigns in shame en masse, citing "personal issues".
3. Bill Clinton, realizing that all of the state secrets he ever confided in his wife are going to come tumbling out of her when that tumour reaches grapefruit size, holes up in the Ecuadorean embassy where he entertains diplomats with impromptu saxophone concerts, and sleeps on a bedroll in the furnace room.
