As far as I know, that's the way it is on most airlines, isn't it? I travel to Canada once a year, via Korean, Canadian, and sometimes US airlines, and it seems to me they usually announce the passengers in the special classes as going first.
Maybe some do it and not others, I dunno. It's hard to keep track.
