It's a bit of a bizarre list, though.
As it has in previous years, the Climate Change Performance Index leaves the top three slots of its rankings blank with a footnote that reads, "None of the countries achieved positions one to three. No country is doing enough to prevent dangerous climate change."
That's like the Olympics saying "there will be no medals awarded for the 100m this year because we feel that no athlete ran fast enough, so the runner who ran fastest will be credited with having finished fourth".
If this is how they think lists work, don't worry about not being on their "list", NorthReport. It's just an editorial.
