VIA Rail Canada has proposed a $4 Billion High Frequency Rail Plan. They are starting to promote the plan as the Infrastructure Bank continues the review of it. Unfortunately there are some things that VIA Rail Canada are not telling you. So far seems like he is just someone who decided to start a website and be an expert. Doesn't seem to have any credentials. I suspect he is the sole active member.
