Russiagate Investigation Now Endangers Obama Eric Zuesse

Former US President Barack Obama is now in severe legal jeopardy, because the Russiagate investigation has turned 180 degrees; and he, instead of the current President, Donald Trump, is in its cross-hairs.

The biggest crime that a US President can commit is to try to defeat American democracy (the Constitutional functioning of the US Government) itself, either by working with foreign powers to take it over, or else by working internally within America to sabotage democracy for his or her own personal reasons. Either way, it’s treason (crime that is intended to, and does, endanger the continued functioning of the Constitution itself*), and Mr. Obama is now being actively investigated, as possibly having done this.

Not only was Trump constantly condemning Obama, but Obama had appointed to lead the Democratic National Committee during the 2016 Presidential primaries, Debbie Wasserman Schultz, who as early as 20 February 2007 had endorsed Hillary Clinton for President in the Democratic Party primaries, so that Shultz was one of the earliest supporters of Clinton against even Obama himself. In other words, Obama had appointed Shultz in order to increase the odds that Clinton — not Sanders— would become the nominee in 2016 to continue on and protect his own Presidential legacy.

Wasserman Schultz was elected chair of the Democratic National Committee in May 2011, replacing Tim Kaine.

So Obama knew Sanders would be running in 2016 before even Sanders knew. Zuesse is an idiot.

Rudy Giuliani is not only willing to testify in President Trump's Senate impeachment trial, he wants to "do demonstrations" in order to outline what he described as a "series of criminal acts" involving "the highest levels of the Obama administration," adding that Democrats Adam Schiff and House Speaker Nancy Pelosi will go down in history like Joe McCarthy when people "calm down and watch this carefully."

"What I learned is the corruption in Ukraine is vast, it's extensive, it highly involves the Democratic party - not just in 2016 but for many years," the former New York City mayor said at Trump's New Year's Eve party at Mar-a-Lago in Florida. "When the full scope of what happens in Ukraine comes out, there are going to be a lot of Americans who participated in the corruption," adding "The Bidens took millions of dollars laundered out of Ukraine, and the only reason they're getting away with it is because you and the press protect them..."

When asked what he discovered, Rudy replied "I'm not going to tell you what I found out until I have a proper forum... but it's devastating," adding "We will figure out the right forum."

"This is expanding, it will turn out to be a series of criminal acts. It will involve the highest levels of the Obama administration. It's the reason the Democratic party is in panic."

...must make this clear....I don´t choose sides here, they all are corrupt and complicit in war crimes, just as our own politicos and their financial masters in Canada, are......

rather just to watch the process slide into violence and chaos...and awaiting the big bang of financial breakdown......

Project Veritas released an undercover video on Tuesday claiming a field organizer for Sen. Bernie Sanders (I-VT) warns that Milwaukee, host of this year’s Democratic National Convention, will “burn” and police will be “beaten” if Sanders loses the nomination.

“If Bernie doesn’t get the nomination or it goes to a second round at the DNC convention, fucking Milwaukee will burn,” says an individual identified as Sanders organizer Kyle Jurek. “It’ll start in Milwaukee and then when the police push back on that, other cites will fucking [explode].”

If this is meant to prove that the US is heading toward civil war, I don't think Jurek's oratory is anyone's idea of the House Divided speech.

^ Just found out that video was made by James O'Keefe.

To be clear, when O'Keefe highlights some obscure, semi-coherent Sanders supporter saying how the gulags were great, free college is needed for ideological re-education, and cities will burn if Sanders loses, it's not because he wants to galvanize the public into supporting the supposedly upcoming leftist takeover of the USA. It's because he wants to terrify people into believing that Sanders is gonna shoot his way into power and then herd everyone into concentration camps, and therefore Americans must look to the far-right to avert this dystopia.

my suggestion is that the rhetoric, in general is heating up on both sides...fertile soil for the blow, the financial collapse or possibly the successful impeachment...not yet sure of course of the final catalyst....Canada is vulnerable!

If this guy was saying that stuff in front of a cheering crowd of thousands, with Sanders sitting right next to him on the podium, I might think that things were taking a revolutionary turn. (I'd also probably start to have doubts about Sanders, being a decided non-fan of gulags.)

As it is, he's one guy talking trash in a diner, saying the kind of over-the-top stuff that's been commonplace on the fringes of the political spectrum forever. But whom O'Keefe, for his own purposes, is trying to build up as the face of the Democratic Party.

One NRA member approached by a Washington Examiner reporter while rallying outside a legislative building earlier this week said gun-rights advocates in the state wouldn't stand by idly while their rights are stripped away.

"We’re not going to be quiet anymore. We’re going to fight them in the courts and on the ground. The illegal laws they’re proposing are just straight up unconstitutional," said Timothy Forster, of Chesterfield, Virginia, an NRA member who had one handgun strapped to his shoulder and another tucked into his waistband as he stood outside a legislative office building earlier this week. VCDL president Philip Van Cleave said he’s heard from groups around the country that plan to send members to Virginia, including the Nevada-based, far-right Oath Keepers, which has promised to organize and train armed posses and militia.

While the rally has attracted a substantial amount of media attention, Virginia's gun-rights activists have identified another strategy to try and subvert the state legislature's authority. As the New York Times reports, gun-control activist Philip Van Cleave and others are pushing municipalities around the state to pass or consider "2A Sanctuary" legislation that would in effect preserve certain gun rights in towns across the state.
