If you're going to start yet another thread on Trump's impeachment, why not at least connect the url of the preceding one so we don't lose everything that has come before? Especially since the site search engine is hilariously disfunctional and doesn't retrieve anything. It's a good thing you're not a librarian or no single subject would ever be found together in one place.

Before the thread is closed: he was impeached. Only Alan Dershowitz is arguing otherwise.

Yes-- and this was not a failure. The objective was never to have him removed -- it was to impeach him and expose the Senate which turned out very well. Perhaps Murdowski was asked by the Democrats not to allow witnesses bacuase if they had then they would ahve been able to say they looked at the evidence and decided not to impeach. This was much better politically.
