It's been a few years but rabble has decided to once again host its Vegan Challenge. The Vegan Challenge is a week during which participants eat vegan - or as close to vegan as they can manage - and people share their favourite recipes and cookbooks and their vegan experience. This year's challenge is April 20-27, coinciding with Earth Day on April 22nd. We've set up a Facebook event page here and more information will be forthcoming on our site. I hope many of you will join us in this fun and creative challenge and share our experiences with eating vegan.
