I have gone to great lengths to outline my views in the last months. If that is what you are taking from my posts after having repeatedly trying to explain myself for this past month, then I seriously question your comprehension abilities and your capability to have nuanced conversation about complicated matters.
That you would respond to me the way way you have also validates the point made in the video.
Arisototle, we all know what your views are on this- but you can't just keep peppering the board with new threads on the same issue, until everyone agrees with your views.
You are no closer to infallibility on this than anyone else, and it's simply arrogant to keep badgering people until they agree with your opposition not only to lockdowns, but to social distancing, masking and even vaccination.
I respect your approach to most issues, but on this your inflexibility and refusal to accept that it's legitimate to hold views other than yours on THIS issue is doing little but damage.
Nobody other than the mods can actually force you to stop- but can you at least consider not starting any new threads on this for the next couple of weeks?

Aristotleded24, I think this thread, one of far too many you've started on COVID-19, is unnecessarily and incredibly incendiary. I think this unnecessary and incendiary thread should be shut down.
Your views are not at all nuanced A2. You are single-minded. Your sole "solution" is lifting all restrictions which has worked no where. Hospitals across Canada are warning us they are on the edge. It seems the only "proof" you will accept is hospitals cancelling surgeries which already happened in the spring with lower numbers and even then I think you would argue the deaths justifiable in comparison to the suffering caused by restrictions.
Aristotleded24, this is your last COVID thread. You can contribute to the many many existing threads but on this issue you will be limited. Your focus on this topic has reached the level of what I consider to be obsession and I can no longer allow babble to be subject to it. I'm closing this thread and will close any future ones you open, with the warning that if you continue on in this manner I will be forced to take more drastic action.
Your contributions here are very much valued, but on this topic you have stepped over the edge of what is reasonable discourse.
