Pelosi wants Trump immediately removed from office however Congress does not have much of a role in the 25th amendment. I doubt it will happen but I didn't think the Democrats would win both Senate seats in Georgia either. Maybe impeachment.

Convicting? Probably close to that. If for no other reason that he's going to be gone in less than two weeks anyway.
On second thought, it may be higher than that. There could be 17 out of the 50 Republicans who may see this as a way to possibly break Trump's stranglehold on the party. Of course that presumes that McConnell doesn't block a vote, since he will be majority leader until Trump leaves.
