Dirty Business - The Use of Minister's Zoning Orders to Silence the Public

In Cambridge, Ontario the madness known as the Minister's Zoning Orders is reaching epic proportions. Two developers have gone to Ford government's Municipal Affairs and Housing Minister Steve Clark for an MZO for their developments in Blair and Hespeler Ontario. Sadly the City of Cambridge council seems to agree that no public consultation or public appeals are necessary. The MZO orders issued under the Ford government approved are extreme compared to previous years. Probably around the 40 now adn counting. The developers are running the province. We deserve better.
