Last December, I started a sort of silly blog called Prorogued. It died a quiet death as did the coalition and any national discussion about the elephant in the room – proportional representation. Until today! At the risk of sounding self-promotional and crass, Prorogued is back – at least for a couple of  posts. Unless, somehow, it gets real interesting – like if the G-G turns down the request or the opposition parties find a collective voice to express the repulsion at the notion that Parliament should be shut down because of the 2010 Olympics or to stack some committees. As I sometimes edit my posts a lot, I won’t be cross posting from Prorogue to rabble.ca.
