Graham Riches wrote Food Banks and the Welfare Crisis in 1986. He has just co-edited the second edition of First World Hunger Revisited: Food Charity or the Right to Food? Graham Riches is former director of the School of Social Work at UBC. He speaks with Redeye host James Mainguy.
