(00:17 - 12:06) Headlines Theatre and its director David Diamond are world-renowned for their work with forum theatre - a kind of interactive performance that aims to create social change by exploring solutions to community issues. Their most recent production is titled "Here and Now" - it looks at the pressures that lead to gang violence in the Indo-Canadian community. Laura Lamb went to see the play - she explains how forum theatre works, and what she thought of it.
(12:07 - 24:58) Environmental Defence got tired of waiting for the government to find out what chemicals Canadians are exposed to and decided to go ahead with the research themselves. They tested a group of 11 Canadians from across the country for toxic chemicals and found an average of 44 in each person.
