Cut meat out of your diet for one day and eat vegan
Meatout started in 1985, as a day to observe a more compassionate diet. It’s organized by FARM (Farmed Animals Rights Movement). Activists use the day to spread the message of the environmental, health and ethical benefits of eating a plant based diet, once a year, once a month, once a week or every day.
Now, the day has spread internationally and is celebrated on March 20th.
