In 2014, the Harper government signed a $15 billion deal to sell weaponized vehicles to the personal army of the Saudi royal family. We’re effectively selling lethal crowd control weapons to a regime with a human rights record on par with Freddy Krueger.   

But the Liberals are determined to follow through with the deal, in part because it sustains 3,000 jobs. And in a recent poll, 30 per cent of Canadians, and 40 per cent of men, agreed. They said jobs should trump human rights. But are these jobs that good? Are these jobs Canadians would kill for? I asked people on the street in Toronto. See video below.
