MLab‘s ISP throttling detector is an online tool developed to counter the abuse of Net Neutrality by Internet Service Providers. MLab is a joint project of the Open Technology Institute, PlanetLab Consortium, Google and other developers to provide any internet user with an analysis of the performance of their internet connection.
Users can see whether it is likely that their ISP is throttling their bandwidth illegally.
