What is it: The KAMA Reading Series has been World Literacy Canada’s trademark event for the last twenty years, promoting the joy attained through reading, literature, and critical thought. At the same time, it provides World Literacy Canada with the opportunities to raise awareness about the key importance of literacy and the empowerment of women and children in the movement against poverty.
