Agents provocateurs at Montebello?

On August 20, in the Green Zone protest outside the Security and Prosperity Partnership (SPP) summit in Montebello, Dave Coles, the president of the Communications, Energy and Paperworkers Union, confronted individuals believed to be agents of the police who, posing as protesters, appear to have been trying to incite crowd violence.
