Opening Plenary Keynote speakers: Maude Barlow, Louis Roy, Ellen Gabriel, Gabriel Nadeau-Dubois. The forum also included a short film featuring Stephane Hessel, activist and author of Indignez-Vous! The evening began with a welcoming ceremony from a Mohawk Elder.
