The Disability Channel showcases the work of people who are classified as “disabled.” Stories produced range from profiles, to policy interviews, to photo montages, to a regular podcast.
The Disability Channel also has the authority to employ, support and promote persons with disabilities. Today’s Canadian and global market desperately needs original programming for and/or by persons with disabilities to be included on the program schedule.
