The Corporate Mapping Project is a partnership of academic and community-based researchers and advisors who are shining a bright light on the fossil fuel industry by investigating the ways corporate power is organized and exercised. They focus on “mapping” how power and influence play out in the oil, gas and coal industries of BC, Alberta and Saskatchewan. They have just released a great new tool mapping how fossil fuel industry lobbyists have influenced federal policy under both the Harper and Trudeau governments and they provide detailed numbers and names for campaigners.
Their website is a treasure trove of material on the different corporate entities which are influencing fossil fuel policy.
