Hey all!
Just a quick reminder that the Babble Book Club has its final discussion of selection Haruki Murakami’s The Wind Up Bird Chronicle on Sunday, Jan. 15 at 1:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. EST (10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. PST) in the babble forum!
We have had some previous comments and discussion on Book One and Book Two in the babble forum as well as some extended discussion in our Facebook group, but have left all discussion about Book Three, our final impressions and tidbits about Murakami to the end for one big final smorgasbord of conversation!
If you haven’t read the book, or completely finished, don’t worry, come anyway — just be prepared that if you do, you might have some info revealed — and share opinions on what you have already read, or other Murakami books you have read, or what your impressions are leading you to feel towards the book. There is always lots to discuss even if you have completely finished — writing style, cultural influences, previous works!
So everyone mark this Sunday, Jan. 15 on your calendar from 1:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. EST (10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. PST) and jump on the babble forum page that will be entitled Babble Book Club: Final Discussion – The Wind Up Bird Chronicle.
