With undergraduate and graduate degrees in development and international economics, as well as international relations, he works with low-income developing countries to help ensure trade policy and negotiations can support their development aspirations. He has traveled the globe towards this aim, advising for numerous governments, intergovernmental agencies, private sector bodies and non-governmental organizations.
