Herb John is a contributor to rabble’s Retiree Matters column and President of the National Pensioners and Senior Citizens Federation. Herb worked at Ford Motor Company from 1973 until 2003. Since retiring he was elected Chairperson of the CAW Local 200 Retired Workers Chapter and Vice-Chairperson of the Essex Kent/Windsor CAW Area Retired Workers Council. When he was elected President of the NPSCF, he resigned these positions in order to have the time required to fulfill this new role.
