Kevin Callahan, a progressive activist and retired McGill University faculty lecturer, founded the Quebec-Ireland Committee in 1979 and has worked to support Sinn Féin and the cause of Irish unity ever since. He is currently a board member of Friends of Sinn Féin Canada.
