Seren Friskie (She/They) is an Equity & Engagement Specialist at Foundry BC, a Research Associate at SARAVYC, and an Indigenous Wellness Educator and Advocate. Of mixed Néhiyaw, Sto:lo, and European ancestry, Seren is dedicated to advancing health equity and social justice through JEDI principles, creating community-driven initiatives like expanding gender-affirming care and mental health services. They live on the unceded territories of the xʷməθkʷəy̓əm, Sḵwx̱wú7mesh, and səlilwətaɬ Nations in so-called Vancouver, BC.
