Tim Bailey obtained a Bachelors of Law from UVic in 2002, and after graduating from law school, he worked as an anti-poverty advocate at Together Against Poverty Society in Victoria, and worked with the Vancouver Island Human Rights Coalition. In 2007 he moved to Vancouver to work in immigration law, and he was called to the bar of B.C. in January 2010. Tim provides regular pro-bono assistance to several immigrant service organizations in the Vancouver region, and also supervises UBC law students through the Law Students Legal Advice Program.
