Hi rabble readers,
I’m Nick Seebruch, rabble’s editor. Even before my time at rabble began, I’ve always prioritized perspectives from individuals who are often silenced in mainstream media. Here at rabble, our diverse team of columnists helps our news outlet represent each and every rabble rouser on the progressive issues that matter most.
I’ve had the pleasure of working with some fantastic columnists since joining the rabble team. From Rachel Snow’s writing on Indigenous sovereignty amid calls for reconciliation, to Cathy Crowe’s piece about misused budgets in Toronto, to Charlotte Dalwood’s analysis of trans, feminist, and other issues, and so many more, rabble’s columnists bring you perspectives that you won’t find anywhere else. I feel privileged to read their work every day, but there’s much more work left to do.
Let’s bring more columnists to the table
rabble has a deep commitment to providing independent analysis on a wide range of topics, and with your support, we’ll add to our list of columnists to better reflect everyone living in Canada. As a non-profit independent media site, rabble relies heavily on the support of our readers. We need your help today to keep delivering the progressive columns we’re known for.
A monthly gift from $3 or more is the best way to help rabble keep our columnists going and expand to include more progressive voices. When we all chip in, together we can make a big difference!
We have entered a new era in progressive journalism. I am proud to work with a diverse team of columnists, but we can’t stop now.
Contribute today to expand rabble’s team of changemakers and bring even more underrepresented voices – and their calls for justice – to the attention of decision-makers.
In solidarity,
Nick Seebruch
Editor
