And… we’ve had our first winner! Congrats to @farah_way for helping to spread the word about rabble and becoming our first “Spread the word, Tweeps!” winner!
There is still lots of time to participate. Here’s the skinny:
rabble is Canada’s voice for progressive news and views and we want you to help us make sure that voice gets heard by as many people as possible.
For the next month, rabble will be running a contest for our Twitter followers. You help us increase our reach and we reward you with great weekly prizes!
It’s simple:
Send a message to your Twitter followers encouraging them to follow @rabbleca, include the #rabblerouser hashtag OR simply encourage others to follow @rabbleca (wording is up to you) in the body of your rabble-related retweets or when you share a link to rabble content – and we’ll enter you into a weekly draw to win cds by Indie Inside featured artists or books!
Winners can choose either a CD by a Canadian indie musician, or a book: either Don Tapscott’s Grown up Digital, which explores the revolutionary new ways of thinking, interacting, working, and socializing developing among the “net generation”, or Colonel Ann Wright and Ann Dixon’s Dissent: Voices of Conscience, which tells the stories of men and women who risked careers, reputations, and even freedom by speaking out against government cover-ups.
There will also be a special prize awarded to our 3000th follower. You can enter a maximum of three times a day.
Help us spread the word and get the rabble voice heard!
