Imagine how pleased we were when H.G. Watson, who’s been working at rabble.ca on a labour writing internship, won an award for writing and journalism at the Canadian University Press’s NASH conference earlier this month. It was the John H. McDonald award for labour writing, to boot.
The article, which examines the ins and outs of unpaid internships, was published in The Cord on March 6, 2013. H.G. is The Cord‘s community edition editor-in-chief. You can read her article right here.
Congratulations H.G., we’re very happy to be working with you.
