This week on Radio Labour, host Marc Belanger discusses international initiatives to mentor young women to become trade unionists. Uni Global Union recently held a two-day workshop for young women who want to work in trade unions, preparing them for careers in the field and addressing issues such as lack of confidence and imposter syndrome.
