Salut everyone (and that’s SaLOO not SaLUT = Québécois)!
As you all know, there is going to be a lot of activity in Toronto during the latter half of June, 2010 so I am pushing forward the calendar of events activists are organizing here on the ground. This should help you plan your month (look at me, all on top of these things) in case you need to travel, set the day free, call in sick…. to attend these great events.
The Toronto Community Mobilization Network (the Network) has assigned theme days for the demonstrations against the Summit.
Everyone has been working hard in Toronto to make you welcome here …. Wait, scratch that, activists have been working hard to make you welcome; the police, not so much!
Please remember that there is also a G8/G20 Community Consulta occurring this Saturday (May 15, 2010) Please email [email protected] to RVSP!
I’ll keep updating this calendar and sending out posts!
Cheers,
krystalline
