If you live in BC or Alberta, are you tired of meetings scheduled at 6AM your time? Does your organization have people across the world and do you struggle to find a good time for everyone. Timeanddate.com has a great free tool called world clock multi-time zone scheduling. After all you can’t be an activist without meetings and I know from experience, people are not at their best at 5AM!
Also, whenisgood is a great and simpler alternative to tools like doodle. You paint over when is good for you, your colleagues paint over when is good for them, and you get a report with when is good for everyone.
