Ashley J.J. White spent a decade working in the independent art and entertainment industry in Canada and the UK before shifting her focus to writing. She’s now working toward earning her Bachelor of Arts in English Literature with a minor in Humanities. In addition to writing poetry, fiction, and creative non-fiction, she also crafts critical essays that tackle the myriad environmental, political, and social problems we’re facing here in Canada and elsewhere. As a mother to a three-year-old, she’s determined to help make the world a safer, more inclusive, more compassionate place for her son to grow up.
