Anatomy Edouard Beaupre hi res

rabble.ca’s online book club, the Babble Book Club, is at it again with another awesome read!

The Anatomy of Edouard Beaupre by Canadian author Sarah Kathryn York and published by Saskatchewan based publishers Coteau Books dissects the physical and emotional story of the famed Willow Bunch Giant and ultimately asks the question “what is the relationship between the body and the life lived?” But wait, there’s more!

rabble.ca, in partnership with Coteau Books, is giving away two free copies of The Anatomy of Edouard Beaupre! The first two people to respond to [email protected] with (1) the correct answer to our trivia question and (2) their full Canadian address, will win a free copy of The Anatomy of Edouard Beaupre courtesy of Coteau Books!

Not a Babble Book Club participant? That’s okay!

The Babble Book Club is a low key, friendly and fun club that likes to read and discuss books and especially hear the opinions of fellow rabble.ca users! Everything takes place online in the babble forum, where we promote discussion during the process of reading and hold a final discussion date for all the Babble Book Club members to come discuss their thoughts in real-time with each other.

We encourage all readers and rabble.ca users to take advantage of this amazing opportunity — exposing yourself to a wonderful Canadian writer, independent Saskatchewan Publishing house and the Babble Book Club. If you are one of the lucky winners and unfamiliar with the Babble Book Club, check out our previous discussions in the book lounge, as well as the current The Anatomy of Edouard Beaupre thread, to get a sense of the ebb and flow of the community.

Already have the book? No problem!

Try grabbing a copy and giving it to a friend to join the Babble Book Club discussion of The Anatomy of Edouard Beaupre! The Babble Book Club always welcomes new members from the rabble.ca family or extended family or first time users to come and join us. Our goal is always to promote conversation around authors, books and writing and we invite any and all to the discussion. We are an open and honest club and always love having new members hash it out in the fray! All new rabble.ca members have to do is create a free rabble.ca login and then they’re off and running!

Okay, first an insider tip for the trivia question: Babble Book Club recently hosted a Vancouver-based author in the book lounge for the discussion of his latest novel Beauty Plus Pity and we may have been so enthralled with his answers and writing that we formulated our trivia question based on him! Maybe hop over to our book lounge interview or original babble thread of our author discussion with this Vancouver-based writer!

Now, our trivia question is: What was author Kevin Chong trying to parallel in his attempts to explore the nature of beauty and family in his novel Beauty Plus Pity?

Respond to [email protected] with the correct answer and your full Canadian address to win!
